My mom was in town over the weekend and we had some fun baking bread together. I have shared this recipe before on my blog- it is the one that only costs 24 cents to make and maybe 5 minutes of work. Just as promised- I complied all five healthy, whole-30, paleo, family loved meals into one post. I shared on my social media that I set aside a few hours of my day at the start of the week and turned on Netflix and got to chopping. The result was a weeks worth of food. For 15 years I worked in the same design store. For years we did the same thing on Valentines. We would have a cookie exchange. With a group of talented, creative designers you know it was a good cookie exchange. No, my cookie did not win. But I did get the recipe for the big award winning cookie that would win year after year. I also linked four other Valentine cookies that would be a great addition to a cookie exchange.
I shared on my Instagram account that I made dinner for the entire week on Tuesday morning- it was a first and it for sure will not be a last! I can list about 10 people I know who are are trying to eat better and are giving Whole 30 or Paleo a try with the new year. I have eaten Paleo for about 3 years. I have tried a lot of different ways of eating and I have to say that I see the BEST and fastest results and I am the happiest with myself when I eat Paleo and a Whole 30 lifestyle.
