I have shared my love for bar carts before. I think they are probably one of the greatest piece of furniture to own. They are so versatile. You can style them for everyday use in your home or deck them out for a Christmas or Holiday party. I am pretty over the moon with the new bar cart I just got. I shared TWO ways to style them for everyday use and my favorite holiday drink!
I am pretty sure you will be baking this weekend or these next few weeks. I shared two of our favorite recipes. One is a brownie that is made with only a few ingredients and no flour…trust me it is a fan favorite and probably my favorite treat. The other recipe is a healthy nut bar that looks festive and tastes just as good- this is a great gift to share too! Come see what is keeping this little one waiting patiently at the oven!
A few years ago I hosted a baby shower and wanted a unique party favor. I made these glass cake pedestals for a dollar or two. They were a big hit. I thought how great they would be as a little easy DIY Christmas gift. I wrapped some apples and oranges on top of one. Come see how it turned out and how easy this little project was!
Today I am sharing the last part of our home decorated for Christmas. I think I saved the best for last, one of my favorite rooms in our home. Come see the seasonal changes I made to this bedroom!
I think Christmas cards can cause a big stress for families- because most of the time they require a darling family picture. I almost went there and jumped on the stressed out Christmas card train. But I didn’t let myself. I stopped and thought “how can I make this the easiest and fun for my family?” And it totally worked! Come see what we did this year, how I display all our Christmas cards and the very first photo we ever took in front of our home.
I am excited to share more of our home decorated for Christmas. I shared one of our hardest working rooms- our family room and guest room all decked out with a full size Christmas tree. I also shared some new dining chairs I tried in our kitchen- that my husband wasn’t a fan of. Pop over to see it all!
My daughter just turned 6! She knew exactly what type of Birthday party she wanted. She insisted on a craft and she didn’t have to ask me twice! We made the cutest “Better than Salt Dough” ornaments. I made another batch the next day and am using them on our Christmas Presents- trust me you want to see how they turned out!
I joined 30 other AMAZING bloggers to share our homes for a Holiday House Walk. I shared what our main floor looks like right now- all decked out for Christmas. Come see all the little touches- and you can walk through all the other homes on the tour for inspiration.
I have a confession…I rarely cook. When my husband is home he does the cooking. I don’t mind cooking, I just don’t like to spend my time doing it. When I do cook I like to make things that don’t take longer than about 30 minutes, so I can move onto something else. My husband travels for weeks at a time in the beginning of the year. I shared my solution to the cooking issue and it also could be a great gift idea too! Psst- you can get three FREE meals yourself! Come see how….
Maybe you are more on the ball than I am. I hate that feeling of stress this time of year- stressing that you forgot a gift for someone that you are thankful for and want to show you thought of them. I am sharing my top favorite gifts, a lot of them for under $20. Like the star cookies and along with a star dish all for under $5, the perfect gift to have on-hand when you are in a pinch. Come see what else made my list!
Hello! Happy Friday! If you are looking for an easy DIY project to attempt this weekend I have the perfect one for you. You have seen this string art before in my daughters bedroom. I created a Christmas one- and had a little #fail along the way. Come see the one that didn’t make the cut and my favorite string art designs I found on Pinterest!
We just discovered the greatest new Christmas Book all about sharing Kindness. We are really excited about it and to start the “missions” included with the book. Come see what it is about and why it will easily be a new tradition! You can enter to win one for yourself on my blog….
