I am so excited to share more of Melinda’s home from Hawkes Landing. If you remember I shared her gorgeous home a month ago. I didn’t share her master bedroom or bathroom. Come see the rest and get all the details of how she mixes old with new.
Take Home Designer Series- New England Kitchen Tour of a Dietitian and her Paleo Granola
I am so excited to share this new series with you on my blog! It is inspired by a show I would binge watch after I had Ella, 9 years ago. I went to my friends home and took pictures of her kitchen. She also happens to be a Dietitian, so she shared her top kitchen essential items along with the BEST tasting Paleo Granola I have ever had. Come see more and find out more about this new series.
Home Tour- Hawkes Landing most Gorgeous White Kitchen
I think that this home I am sharing today is my favorite that I have ever shared and also my favorite home on Instagram. Although the house is painted in a bright white (and she shared the paint color) it is not lacking in character. The kitchen is one dreams are made of and the girls shared bedroom…just too much to handle! Come and see what I mean.

How to Keep a Kids Room Clean and Organized in a Small House
We have been enjoying the little changes we made to the girls shared bedroom in and sitting in their new hanging chair every night since we got it and reading. Such a cozy little spot. I wanted to follow up on that post. I get a lot of questions on how I keep my girls room clean and organized and where we keep it ALL in a small house. So I thought I would share our little tips and some behind the scenes pics that help keep us organized and functioning in tighter quarters.
Baby Boy Nursery Features
I had to document where his room has been featured so Finn can see it one day, not that he will care but it could be a fascinating fact that he shares when he meets new people;) hehe. From one of the top design blogs, Design Sponge to a huge source for baby decor, Project Nursery. I also shared some of my tips and tricks with Wayfair. I linked them all below. I also get asked often what the paint is on the walls and I shared that as well.
Kids Space with Addison Wonderland
Brittany from Addison Wonderland is known for her bold use of color and pattern. In a world of neutrals, whites and grays it is a fun welcome change. I asked Brittany to share one of her kids rooms for my article in Everything Home Magazine for column on Kids Spaces that I write for. She shared her daughters play room and some fun design tips. Her daughters are pretty lucky girls to get to use their imagination in this space.
Girls Shared Bedroom with Cami Tidbits
I love anything that Cami shares on her blog Tidbits. I first noticed her kitchen then fell in love with the rest of her home. That included her daughters shared bedroom. I wanted to get the full scoop and share it for my column I write for Everything Home Magazine on kids spaces.
Kids Space in a Tiny House
It doesn’t matter the size of the space, even in a tiny house everyone can have an area that inspires them to create and play. And honestly with an organized clean play area it creates play more often and encourages them to keep it nice and clean up when they are done. Read about the updates we did to create an inspiring area with a chalkboard wall and other ways DIY touches.
Favorite Boys Bedroom with My Sweet Savannah
Melaine from My Sweet Savannah is an experienced, long time blogger that I love to follow and get inspired from. Her sons room is so timeless and full of the best ideas, I had to share it with all of you. I featured it on my section Kids Spaces for Everything Home Magazine. I drilled Melaine with questions on her 13 year old sons bedroom.
Kids Space- Boys Collected Bedroom
My sister and I were born in the same year, can you believe my poor Mom?! For about three weeks we are the same age, Irish Twins we are. We didn’t always get a long growing up, now we are best friends, I am pretty blessed by her. When I was in Utah in December she wanted to work on her son’s bedroom and move him to his own bedroom. He is a little stud who is 11 years old. He needed his own space where he didn’t have his little brothers going through his things. So before his Birthday we got to work, my sister actually did the manual labor and I went shopping and put it all together to make his bedroom his own.
Kids Space with Most Lovely Things
This bedroom that Annie designed for her son has been featured on HGTV and Design Sponge for the creative crate wall that Annie created. I knew that all of you would love the uniqueness of it too, so I asked her if I could feature it on my blog. Trust me, you will love every detail of this room and her entire home.
