Smoothies are the best. When I am in a hurry or I am craving dessert for breakfast I opt for a smoothie instead. I think about 5 years ago I made a pumpkin smoothie and loved it then forgot about it. Decided to test it out again, nothing like ringing in September with a little pumpkin recipe. I actually use pumpkin all year round. I love a yummy, healthy Fall dinner. Especially one that I can make in the morning before it gets crazy at night and everyone is starving. I typically share Paleo recipes on my blog.
