Kevin and I recently went to New York for our Anniversary. We live about an hour away from NYC and it is one of our favorite places to go. There is SO much to see, do and eat! We do find that we go back to our favorites every time we go in. We can take the train in, but typically we just drive in and pay for day parking or overnight if we stay at a hotel. There are so many new things to try, but it isn't a trip to New York City unless we have a cookie from Levain Bakery or dinner at Jacobs Pickles. Yellowstone National Park Vacation- Our Tips
We went to Yellowstone National Park the first week in July. It was a Christmas gift from our parents rather than traditional gifts. I am all for this type of gift giving rather than a bunch of toys the kids loose interest in and we don't have the space for. It was very generous. We drove from Salt Lake City Utah to Yellowstone, about a 4 hour drive. My parents had booked a cabin for us to stay in for three nights.
