Healthy paleo pumpkin waffle recipe

Paleo Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ripe Bananas
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cup Almond Butter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Vital Collagen Peptides
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • Mash Bananas. Combine all the wet ingredients first then add in the dry.
  • Fill and bake your waffle according to your manufacturer instructions.

*I have used 3/4 cup smashed sweet potato replace the pumpkin and it works great too! (You need a little more sweet potato
*Collagen is optional. But I love all the healthy benefits it adds. I use THESE.
