Paleo Naan

  • 1/2 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/2 cup Tapioca or Arrow Root Powder
  • 1 cup Full Fat Coconut milk (from the can)
  • 1 egg


  • Preheat Nonstick Pan over medium heat
  • Mix all ingredients together and pour 1/4 cup of batter into pan
  • After the Batter Fluffs up and looks firm, flip it over and cook the other side.


*We did double the recipe, it only makes about 4.
