Northern White Beans (not drained)

Monterey jack cheese (shredded)
for garnish

sour cream

Instructions
Add everything to the slow cooker (except for items to garnish)
Heat on high for 6 hours
Pull out chicken and cut or shred into bites size pieces
Garnish each bowl with favorite toppings
Notes
You could cook this on the stovetop over medium heat until veggies are soft and chicken is no longer pink and falls apart (about an hour).
