In large Stock Pot heat Olive Oil over Medium High heat. Add Onions, 1/3 Cup Cilantro, Garlic, Black beans, Corn and Carrots Saute for 5 min.
Add Roasted Tomatoes and spices. Saute for 3 min
Add Chicken Broth and bring to a boil
Lower temperature to medium and simmer for 10 min
Add Chopped Avocados, remove from heat
Add crushed tortilla chips and serve
