One Pan French Toast

Ingredients
  

  • 8 eggs
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Loaf of Cinnamon Bread *thick bakery style bread

Instructions
 

  • Slice up the bakery bread into nice thick pieces
  • Layer pieces in an 9x13 baking dish
  • Beat the eggs, milk, vanilla and cinnamon and pour over the top of the bread
  • Let it soak covered in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour- keep covered while baking then take off cover for the last 15 minutes

Notes

* I used two smaller loaves to feed 10 people (6 adults and 4 kids) we still could have used a little more. (I also have used two loaves to feed 9 kids for a birthday party)
* You want the egg and milk mixture to completely cover the bread. I also layered the bread on top of each other or cut small to fit in the open space. So you might need to add more of the milk and egg mixture depending on how big your bread is.
