Paleo and Gluten-Free Fall Dinner- Pumpkin Chili with Paleo BREAD!

Paleo Pumpkin Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Turkey or Beef
  • 1 15 oz can Pumpkin Purée
  • 2 cups Chopped Carrots
  • 1 28 oz can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 7 oz can Tomato Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Optional

  • 1 15 oz can Black Beans rinsed
  • 1 15 oz can Kidney Beans rinsed

Instructions
 

  • In a large frying pan on medium heat, sauté the ground meat until thoroughly browned.
  • Place in crockpot.
  • In the same pan, sauté onions until translucent and then place in the crockpot.
  • Add remaining ingredients to the crockpot and stir.
  • Cook on low for at least 8 hours.
  • Garnish with avocado, cheese and or sour cream.
