Homemade Nacho cheese is so easy to make, and tastes so much better than store bought. We made this recipe a couple years ago for a birthday party dinner for Lola and her friends. We did a nacho bar and everyone loved it! We’ve had a Nacho bar a few different times for different occasions but mainly when we need to feed a crowd. It such an easy dinner and everyone loves it because they get to choose what toppings they want on their nacho’s. There is always an occasion for cheese sauce. This recipe is awesome for a crowd and totally customizable!
