Caffeine-Free Iced Chai

Method
 

  1. Add the tea bags to two cups boiled water.
  2. Let steep for 5 minutes then discard tea bags
  3. Add 1/4 cup maple syrup to water and tea mixture.
  4. Stir Well. Let cool (or have hot if you prefer).
  5. In an 8 oz cup at 1/3 cup spiced tea.
  6. Add ice then pour milk over top (I like Oat Milk best with this).
  7. Enjoy! *Can be stored in fridge for 1 week

This will make 6, 8 oz servings.
