Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
Stir in baking soda, salt, oatmeal and flour. Mixture will be thick, stir until well combined.
Spread on non-stick cookie sheet (I use an 11"x20" pan).
Bake at 350° for 13-15 minutes (I bake for 13 min on middle rack).
Once out of the oven, cover with chocolate chips, place back in oven (leave oven door open) for 1 minute until chocolate is melted, then spread.
Make frosting by combining powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk, mixture will be runny, not a normal thick frosting. I put in a ziplock bag, cut the end then pipe over the top in a plaid pattern.
Once cooled drizzle with frosting and enjoy!
