Method
- Mix all ingredients on medium speed for about 60 seconds
- Scoop desired amount onto parchment paper or greased cookie sheet
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes
- *Optional- Top with a chocolate as soon as the cookies come out of the oven
Notes
*You could wait for these to cool and then make a cookie sandwich with THIS cream cheese frosting in the middle
*Or mix in chocolate chips into the batter before you bake
