Do you have a neighbor that drops by that one special yummy treat over the Christmas Holiday that you look forward to every year? You don’t expect it, but you sure hope for it! We have a sweet neighbor that has brought us by cinnamon rolls since we moved in and it brings us so much joy! When we lived in Connecticut there was a neighbor who brought by Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels, they didn’t last long because we couldn’t stop snacking on them, they taste like Christmas!
These easy Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels are the perfect sweet and salty snack! Crunchy and full of flavor.
We love how quick and really easy these pretzels are, but tastes like you put a lot of love and effort into them! We found these darling star pretzels but any shape will work. The white chocolate drizzle really adds a lot. A lot of flavor and cute color! These are also ready in about 30-40 minutes, including the cooling time.
First combine the sugar, coconut oil (or you can use butter) and cinnamon in a big pot on the stove and melt and combine together.
Then we add the pretzels and stir until well coated.
Then into the oven. Baking the pretzels really attaches the cinnamon sugar mixture to the pretzel, making them extra crispy, sweet and delicious.
Once cooked, pull pretzels out and start cooling. This recipe will make one pan of yummy pretzels. We doubled ours to get two!
While your pretzels cool, make your chocolate drizzle. TIP- If your chocolate is too clumpy add 1 tsp of coconut oil at a time and stir to smooth and make easy to drizzle. PS- I use this mini pot for melting a small batch of chocolate, also great to melt butter!
PS- love these oven pans
We put our melted chocolate into a sandwich bag and cut the tip off, easy to control your drizzle design!

These pretzels can last a couple weeks, so make sure to wrap up cute and have on hand to gift! We love sharing the recipe with our treats, because you know others will ask for it! Print, and scale to the size you want. I like to lay something flat and then tear the excess sides off. Gives a cute beveled look. We put our pretzels in these clear bags, tied up with jute twine and add our printable recipe.
I really love the look of this Glass serve bowl with nice wood lid, these star pretzels look really cute inside. I put a few of the pretzel ingredients inside the bowl for a gift, along with these nice measuring spoons, mini spatulas and hand towel. Plus a little baggie of already made up Cinnamon Sugar Pretzels. Fun gift!

When you print the recipe make sure to hit “scale” to adjust your size. I use this printer and this natural linen paper. And I do a raw edge, meaning I don’t use scissors, instead use a book or ruler to make a straight line and rip the paper.
We like to store ours in a cute serving bowl, keeps fresh and easy to grab. They make an awesome snack, straight out of the jar! Hope you, and those you share this treat with, enjoy as much as we do!
