Sharing 4 of my favorite drink recipes! Perfect for the holidays!! Some of these I look forward to because we only have at holiday parties, like the Peppermint Egg Nog Float, it is so yummy.

Holiday Peppermint Egg Nog Float-

Finn and I are enjoying one of my all-time favorite holiday drinks, Holiday Nog, a peppermint eggnog punch. I’ve shared this recipe before, but it’s just that good, it deserves to be shared again…this time with a darling printable!

Holiday Punch Recipe-

In a punch bowl combine (all this fits in the tree dispenser)
64 ounces of cranberry juice
48 ounces of pineapple juice
64 ounces ginger ale
1 container frozen lemonade
1 orange cut into slices
Garnish with sliced oranges and or frozen cranberries
All the ingredients fit in our cute 2 gallon Christmas Tree Glass Drink Dispenser!

Homemade Hot Chocolate-

My kids are BIG fans of hot chocolate! We like to make our hot chocolate from scratch rather than a packet, it just tastes better. Our hot chocolate recipe can be made on the stove, in a crockpot, or my favorite in a milk steamer! Find Star Paper Cups HERE.
Hot Chocolate Recipe *one serving (Santa mug)
+1 cup milk any milk of choice
+1/4 cup chocolate chips any chocolate of choice, we like Guittard milk chocolate chips
+1 tsp vanilla 
+1 tsp sweetener of choice
*sweetener not needed depending on chocolate chips you use

Hot Chocolate Recipe Method 

  1. Stove Top- Add all ingredients to a pan on the stove (based on how much your pot can hold, and how many you want to serve) heat over medium and stir constantly so it doesn’t burn. Make sure not to bring to a boil. 
  2. Crockpot- Pour all ingredients into the crockpot, based on how much your crockpot can hold and how many you want to serve. In my crockpot it can make 14 cups of hot chocolate. It takes about an hour on high to melt all the chocolate, and about another hour to make the hot chocolate nice and hot. I open the lid and stir with a whisk every so often. After two hours on high, I turn it down to low and let it stay warm through the party!
  3. Steamer- Add all ingredients right into the milk steamer and tap the button for hot milk, depending on how hot your steamer gets you might have to cycle it through twice to melt the chocolate chips. My milk steamer I just cycle once and it stops once everything is melted (I tap the furthest button on the left, the hot chocolate setting). *Make sure to check serving size and that yours can hold 1 cup of milk.
  4. Pour in a mug and enjoy! 
  5. Optional- top with marshmallows or marshmallow fluff!

Gingerbread House Cups with Iced Vanilla Spice Tea-

How cute (and delicious) does this look?! The base of this drink is Bangal Spice Tea.

Basically a homemade, caffeine-free chai! Iced Vanilla Spiced Tea. And the best part? Just 3 ingredients. Steep your Bangal Tea, optional to sweeten with a little maple syrup, pour over ice, and top with milk of choice. So simple, so good, a must-try!
Top with whipped cream for an extra treat!
I buy my Bangal Tea online HERE. This makes about 4-6 servings. *I don’t add the maple syrup, try without and see what you think, then add it if needed.
Our favorite new twist? Adding protein powder to oat milk and frothing it up with a handheld whisk or milk frother. My favorite protein powder is Just Ingredients, clean and yummy. Salted Caramel is my all time favorite and really good in this recipe, or Vanilla Bean is good (NWG discount code gives you 10% off).
Then, pour it over your spiced tea for a creamy, flavorful boost.
Not only does it taste amazing, but it also adds a protein to your drink. We tried it with vanilla, salted caramel, and snickerdoodle protein powders and honestly, they were all delicious!

Star Cups with Cookie Cup Hugger-

The star, an iconic symbol that not only is perfect for Christmas, but fun through new year celebrations and really all year round!
We made these adorable star cookie cup huggers using our favorite sugar cookie cut-out recipe! Before baking, I added a little slit so they can slide right onto the rim of our Star Icon cup. We kept the cookie on the thinner side with minimal frosting, and they turned out perfectly! Filled our cup with cold milk, yum!
