New Air Fryer, Breakfast Egg Rolls and The Home Depot Sale

Sharing our new air fryer today, with an easy Egg Roll Breakfast recipe! Perfect Memorial Day Breakfast. Also sharing The Home Depot Memorial Day Sales, including air fryers! We had a big air fryer that we used a ton in Connecticut that somehow got lost (or left behind) in the move to Utah. We don’t have a microwave so we use the air fryer to heat leftovers or when we want to cook something in a short amount of time. Also makes food taste crispy without using any oil. Personally, I think sweet potato fries taste so much better and are crispier when cooked in the air fryer!

We got the 7 QT GoWise Air Fryer, because it was rated the best for larger capacity on Good Housekeeping. My sister has this 3 QT Air Fryer that was rated top for smaller capacity. I recommend measuring or thinking where you will keep your air fryer before ordering!
I liked that our air fryer has 3 trays so you can layer and cook a lot of food at once!
We made Air Fry Breakfast Egg Rolls. This is really the easiest recipe. All you do is scramble however many eggs you want with some diced onions and peppers. If desired, mix in cooked sausage or bacon. Then add diced avocado (best part!). Roll about 1/4 cup of the filling into an Egg Roll wrapper, top with cheese and seal shut with an egg wash. Pop in your air fryer for 4 minutes at 400 degrees. Dip in salsa and enjoy!!
