10 Gift Ideas for Neighbors, Teachers, and Friends with Teacher Printable

Wether you’re spreading Holiday Cheer or giving a big “thank you” to someone who’s been important to you or your family this year. We’ve rounded up a few of our favorite gifts that anyone would like! I try not to overthink it because I’ve learned it’s really not about the gift itself, but the thought that went into it! Whether we deliver these gifts personally or drop them off at our neighbor’s door, I like to include a card with a message and give a little extra attention to the wrap and ribbon- it’s my favorite part! I included a custom Teacher Card printable that really would mean a lot to a teacher from your child.

1- Star Cookies with Star Dish-

This is a favorite gift whenever I give it. These cute little star dishes came in a 10 pack! This one was a set of 4. Everyone loves a little candy dish to have on hand, doubles as a little dip cup or cute bowl on a charcuterie board! We love these mint cookies from Trader Joes and get a handful every year to keep on hand.

2- Puzzle with a Treat-

This puzzle looked perfect for the holidays. I also linked a lot of really fun puzzles here, something for everyone! Add a treat to share and you’ve got a thoughtful gift!

3- Caramel with Recipe Card

This caramel recipe is so soft and yummy! I always make a couple batches to have on hand during the holidays for basket or baggie fillers or to gift alone. You can find the recipe and printable here. I like to tear the edges for a fun frayed edge. You just line up a books edge where you would normally cut, and tear! Find ribbon here and vintage inspired bells here.

4- Gingerbread House Kit-

We had someone give our family a Gingerbread House Kit one year and my kids were so excited about it! I like this one because it has 4 mini gingerbread houses so each child could be creative with their own.

5- Serving Board with Crackers and Pepper Jelly-

It’s a joke at my house that anytime I have someone over we ask “should I pull out the pepper jelly” because I love snacking on it so much. I always have crackers, goat cheese or cream cheese and pepper jelly on hand so I can offer a snack to visitors! These boards are so nice and the perfect size to gift! I find good pepper jelly’s by the specialty cheese section in most grocery stores.

6- Hot Cocoa with Hand Mixer-

Every household needs a hand mixer! You really can’t go wrong with this gift. Any age would love and appreciate this little cocoa set. The hand mixer can also froth cream! Pair it with a nice bag of hot cocoa for a great gift!

7- Journal with a Treat-

I like this simple gift, this is one I would add a gift card to for a teacher! This journal and notepad are so pretty and festive, looks like a lot of thought went into it and don’t we all love getting cute things like that?! Any of these 2023 calendars would make a thoughtful addition too!

8- Homemade Bread with French Butter Crock-

Fresh bread sound like the nicest gift to me! Pair this French Butter Crock with it and the recipient will be so happy and full! We make my moms 4 ingredient homemade bread but added a special treat inside…white chocolate and cranberries for the holidays! I added 1/2 a cup of each and it was yummy! You could even gift the bread inside a bread pan with the recipe! Love this 3 mini ceramic pan set. You could print the recipe to go with!

9- Games with Popcorn-

10- Cozy Blanket with a Snack-

This time of year you will find my family snuggling up and keeping warm, watching a fun Christmas movie (a hallmark Christmas movie for me). This blanket is extra big and warm!

11- Basket with Chips and Salsa

Bonus gift idea I have shared before! Find a basket at the thrifts store or a new one and fill with chips and salsa, who wouldn’t want this?

    Fabulous ideas! Just my style! I like to combine something purchased with something home made. Love the TJs mint star cookies! Star dish makes it special! I would also suggest using the Pepperlane brand of pepper jellies. Many interesting flavors including pomegranate. Made in Midway, Utah for a local connection. I did gift baskets last year that included the Pepperlane jelly and Heber Valley cheese. Apropos as I live in Midway. Thanks for the wonderful ideas!
