Happy Monday! I am going to make this quick because I am headed to Jury Duty! First timer, crossing my fingers that us leaving to Utah on Thursday get’s excused!

I did it! I made candles for the FIRST time ever! I am so excited about how EASY it was. I actually had to learn a quick easy way to do it for a large group of 20 people. We also just made one the other night for my daughters teacher. I am sold. I had been looking for toxic free candles for awhile and found some. But this was a fun way to do it too (and for an affordable price). And who isn’t looking for a new hobby to do with friends, alone or with kids.

I normally don’t post on Sunday, I am sorry to bombard you with two posts in a row! BUT I had so many of you send me messages and emails that you wanted to see the full exterior shot (hopefully not getting too frustrated with me). I had this post ready for Monday- decided to send it out today. And I like me email subscribers to read the post first.
I am a little anxious for you to see the full exterior with NO SHUTTERS! I took a poll on Instagram and 8,000 of you voted FOR SHUTTERS! There might be 8,000 people who don’t like this look. And that’s ok. We like it for now, it’s a fun change!

I did a little project I thought I would share with you. Not a huge spot in our home- just making an unexpected place a little prettier with some wallpaper, paint and of course a “magic light”. I shared a little bit when I started it over on my Instagram Stories. It was fun to see some of you already getting after an unexpected place in your home!

She used THIS peel and stick wallpaper! I was actually considering it for our home too!

Front Porch Revel today! After every winter our front steps need a fresh coat of paint. They take a beating. It might sound like a big task but it only took a total of 20 minutes. And since they only took 20 minutes we had some extra time….we painted some stripes! Come see it all today HERE.
