Buy popular request- what a 37 and 60 year old eat in a day to stay swimsuit ready! One counts calories, one doe no-carbs, one does paleo diet. The one thing in common is we all are comfortable in our skin and healthy to play on the beach in Hawaii.
WOW! You all love Trader Joe’s and if you don’t have one by you, I am sorry!! But this post might still be helpful for you. I know several of you bring a cooler and drive hours to get some shopping done. Over 500 of you replied to my story on Instagram sharing your favorites! I complied the top recommended items and also what I buy.
There is also Trader Joe’s Shopping List for you, a Free Printable. Read it all HERE–
I meant to get this post up yesterday. But if you read on my social media (Instagram) I found out a my best friend from high school took her life. I was just so sad about it. Sad I lost touch. Sad for her family. Sad she lost sight of the fun, full-of-life person she was. She inspired me to share that YOU are not alone. If you feel alone or drowning please reach out to someone or to ME. I would love to talk to you. Addiction and depression are real things. God loves you and wants you to find help.
I received several messages from women in my community on Instagram saying they too felt alone and sad. I so wish I could connect everyone together. I told several of them to subscribe to the email list so they can join our private Facebook Group and reach out- maybe someone lives by you and wants to go shop for twinkle lights, bake bread, start a bookclub or just know that someone is close who shares your same passions. So if you are not there- make sure to join our Facebook Group HERE. Really the “nesters” as they coined themselves (kind of obsessed with that) are so supportive and awesome to help each other.

Laura wanted to know what lamps I thought would look good on her nightstand.
I think in a small room with small nightstands that wall sconces look best! You could do my light trick on any sconce. OR I found THESE that are a sconce with a plug. I like the black with your bed and the little accent of gold is nice too.
Today on the blog I shared a couple of my QUICK- HEALTHY Meals along with my favorite things from Trader Joe’s! Find the post HERE.
Let me start off by saying I occasionally share recipes on Nesting with Grace. So if you are new I hope you enjoy them. But if recipes are not your thing, I am working on splitting up my email list and creating a way for you to tell me what type of posts you want sent to your in-box! So you only see what you want in your in-box. But today I shared a Double Chocolate Chip Peppermint Cookie Recipe. It is Paleo and Gluten Free! And AMAZING! I think I ate three yesterday and that was me trying not to eat any. I shared a really cute way to package them as a gift too! There are 13 other bloggers linked at the end of my post sharing Christmas Cookie Recipes too! So pop over to see what they have to share.
I typically don’t post on Saturdays. But…this is a cookie recipe you will want to try this weekend! Weekends are for baking right? For those of you who love my recipes you will want to try these Paleo Chocolate Chip Cookies! I am eating one now as a type this. Something about them is just the right sweet that they don’t make me want to binge eat them. They are a family favorite! No butter or flour! Come see what I use and let me know if you try them.
Not interested in a healthier cookie? Then you will want to try THESE they are Kevins favorite cookies.
I turned a favorite Pumpkin Crunch Cake that I had made for years and years into a Paleo and Gluten-Free version. I have made it four times since and it is a hit. You will want to add this to your Fall baking list! I asked over on Instagram who wanted the recipe in the new polling system and 86% said yes….don’t know what is wrong with the other 14%:) hehe. I guess delicious cake isn’t for everyone!
Also I don’t think my email went out to you all about my Sweet Potato Casserole? Well that recipe is new on the blog too (I posted it Monday if you are interested int it!)
I asked what recipe you would want me to share with you today and the votes came in….Paleo Sweet Potato Casserole for the win! I am going to share my Paleo Stuffing Recipe too, because everyone asked for both!

I am so excited to share this new series with you on my blog! It is inspired by a show I would binge watch after I had Ella, 9 years ago. I went to my friends home and took pictures of her kitchen. She also happens to be a Dietitian, so she shared her top kitchen essential items along with the BEST tasting Paleo Granola I have ever had. Come see more and find out more about this new series.
