I did a follow up post to one of my most popular blog post about how I survive eating a Paleo lifestyle and Whole30. There are recipes on this post that we use over and over. They have also helped me feel the best about my body and how I feel. I hope you like them!
I joined a group of bloggers to shares some Easter inspiration today! Everything from recipes, home decor, eggs and baskets. I shared a Paleo and healthier version of a traditional Coconut Pineapple Cake and a Free bunting banner print out. If you are like me you need some Easter inspiration to pull together- come gather some ideas.
Just as promised- I complied all five healthy, whole-30, paleo, family loved meals into one post. I shared on my social media that I set aside a few hours of my day at the start of the week and turned on Netflix and got to chopping. The result was a weeks worth of food. Saving me that everyday stress of what to make. Come see what I made and how easy it was!
I can list about 10 people I know who are are trying to eat better and are giving Whole 30 or Paleo a try with the new year. I have eaten Paleo for about 3 years. I have tried a lot of different ways of eating and I have to say that I see the BEST and fastest results and I am the happiest with myself when I eat Paleo and a Whole 30 lifestyle. I do get asked often what my favorite meals and snacks are. I thought I would share what saves me while on Whole 30 and my Paleo lifestyle. These are not sponsored. I am just that in love with them!
I am pretty sure you will be baking this weekend or these next few weeks. I shared two of our favorite recipes. One is a brownie that is made with only a few ingredients and no flour…trust me it is a fan favorite and probably my favorite treat. The other recipe is a healthy nut bar that looks festive and tastes just as good- this is a great gift to share too! Come see what is keeping this little one waiting patiently at the oven!
I posted a picture of this pumpkin bread I made on my Instagram the other day and I had a lot of people asking for my recipe. And this recipe below is a winner! Not dry or too dense, you would never know it was paleo and gluten free. Making it the perfect side for breakfast or a great snack for me and my kids at school. Come check out how easy this recipe is and add the ingredients to your shopping list this weekend!
We all have that go-to dinner that we make once a week or several times a month. It is just easy and we know everyone likes it so we make it over and over and over. Our favorite healthy dinner involves salmon, some veggies and fruit. I just cooked our salmon a new way and it is a game changer for us!
I have been eating Paleo for close to three years now. I started with a 6 week challenge at my Crossfit. I thought it would be fun to try something new and push myself. Little did I know how much I would love eating this way. I never feel stuffed or bloated. I was also amazed at how my performance in my workouts improved and my general outlook on my body image improved. These brownies save me and everyone loves them and believe it or not they are only four ingredients and no baking! I also share our two favorite healthy dinner meals.
