We are so excited for this Essentially U 21 Day Challenge!!
Doing these 15 things are all about YOU! And ways to focus on a healthier you. It takes 21 days to form a new habit, so hopefully these healthy habits will stick.
I created this challenge for my Nesting Well Members- anyone who has gotten a Young Living Starter Kit! We offer daily education and ideas on how to use your oils and all the non-toxic products that contribute to our well-being. Essentially You Challenge Details-
You can adapt it to fit what you need in your life. We do have prizes and even a participation award for participating in the challenge for 21 days!
We will be starting the challenge on July 10th and it will end July 30th!
1- DRINK BODY WEIGHT IN OZ OF WATER- *Tip always have water with you and start every morning with a large cup of water before you eat or drink anything else.
2- WORKOUT- Just move. Go on a walk everyday for 21 days. Lift weights for 21 days. Whatever it is that makes you excited to move your body, do it!
3- EAT 3 CUPS OF GREENS- I try to aim for a cup at each meal *Tip it is super easy to do if you add a couple cups of greens to your smoothie
4- Drop of YOUR POWER OIL on your head- this is so much fun! Take your favorite oil or an oil that has meaning to you and do a couple drops right on your scalp (part your hair to get on your scalp). You will be a walking diffuser!! It is amazing. I have been doing “fulfill your destiny” oil and it sure helps set my intention for the day.
5-LEMON WATER– lemon water helps clear the toxins out of our body. Try drinking 3 cups a day. If you like an actual lemon or a drop or lemon oil, do what you like best!
6-ESSENTIALYZME– Enzymes play a roll in your health. Normal digestive health means the feeling of more energy and vitality! Do your research and see if enzymes are right for you! *you can skip this one and replace it with something else too!
7- PROBIOTICS– Many today consider regularly taking a high-quality probiotic to be one of the core pieces to a healthy gut which in turn is a key to brain, immune, skin health and overall support of a healthy immune system. Do your research and see if probiotics are right for you! *you can skip this one and replace it with something else too!
8- APPLY EATING GOALS– maybe you want to try whole30 for 21 days or paleo or you just want to cut out a little sugar or you want to try intermittent fasting. Set a goal and stick to it!
9- DIFFUSE AND GRATITUDE JOURNAL– if you aren’t already write somethings you are grateful for while diffusing your favorite oil.
10- GIRL WASH YOUR FACE– what is your favorite product to wash your face with? Charcoal bar, orange blossom or any other toxic-free cleaning product.
11- APPLY YOUR GLOW– find the right combination of oils and make your own personal glow moisturizer. Use it morning and night after washing your face.
12- DRINK 2 OZ NINGXIA RED– Some might call this mama juice or sweet nectar sent directly from heaven! Source of: Vitamins, antioxidants, nutrients Targets: Overall health, immune system, healthy blood sugar levels, energy, and much more! Also SO good for your skin! *if you don’t have Ningxia Red then take a multi vitamin to replace this in the challenge, but I highly recommend seeing what Ningxia Red does for you for just 21 days!
13- APPLY HAPPY HORMONE OIL– personally I won’t go a day without using Progessence Plus and Endoflex. Check out our list below for oils to support your hormones! *you can skip this one and replace it with something else too!
14- GET A GOOD NIGHTS SLEEP– sleep contributes to every part of your health. Set a goal of when to go to bed and stick to it!
15- PERSONAL GOAL– set a personal goal for this challenge! Be more patient? Read a book? Date night with partner?
