Happy Friday! We popped into Target the other night quickly, I hadn’t been there for a couple weeks. The last time I went they didn’t have anything new so it was anti climatic. Don’t you hate those Targets visits? Ha! But this time I saw a lot to share that I loved! I didn’t buy anything but there are a couple things I am thinking about. I don’t really need anything- but I might sell a mirror that is in our bedroom for that floor mirror I linked below! It is so pretty in person!
Target has a sale on most of these furniture pieces that ends on Saturday.
Click on an item to shop it. You will really be impressed with the prices!
THESE tables remind me of Finn’s-
THIS basket reminded me of @jessicagarvin with some fresh eucalyptus that dries so pretty!
BTW totally recommend following @jessicagarvin look at that sweet scene below! And you need to check out her kitchen!
Hi Brooke, just wanted to say I love your style, love the changes to your girl’s room, love love love your cute home and love who you are as a person! You truly inspire me. Not just with decorating but how you choose to take on life. Your positive attitude is contagious and I love it! Please ignore the mom shamers!! Thank you for being real and sharing it with us.
Thank you Amy! You are so kind to write this message here. Thank you for being an encourager!
You really have an impeccable taste. I just moved to SC and found your blog. I lived in Stamford, CT and never knew about you. What luck lol. You guys have a beautiful home. Thank you for providing so much inspiration!
Yesterday I let my twins open and eat a box of donut holes (we of course bought them) whilst walking around target Because “momming” is hard and sometimes you just want to enjoy/survive target while looking at the pretty. Thank you for your Insta posts about the mom shamers. As a mom of twins I get rude, judge-y comments all the time from other women – “I DO NOT envy you” is my least favorite but most commonly said comment and I find it awful. I sincerely appreciate the candle quote. You’re a lovely mom. Carry on warrior!
Love, love, love your style!!! Your blog is fantastic. Look forward to checking in everyday!! You are a lovely person….Thank you!!
Thank you so very much!!
Hey!! I saw on your Instagram story a picture of how someone used the carved tables as a side table. I can’t seem to find the post again. Who posted it originally and how can I find s it again??
Thank you!
That post is here- http://nestingwithgrace.com/friday-favorites-starts-with-target-finds/
And kismet house has one of the tables!
Love all of the new Target items. I saw a Smeg toaster at Homegoods for the same price as EBay. I look on EBay before I buy most things. But you have to make sure and check the shipping. Sometimes they add a lot in there to make it more expensive . I’ve bought hundreds of things there though. I thought of my basket ( the one like on Jessica’s door) when I saw that Target one too. Her pictures are so pretty! Thanks for the tips on the kitchen knives. Love reading your posts.Donna
I’ve said it before and I am saying it again, I ADORE your Small Space Living series. And this is one of the best ones yet! I am not a big shopper (I usually buy at secondhand stores) so I had no idea there were so many compact items for the ecologically-minded small space living enthusiast or that those living in CA were so advanced to us in the Midwest. I am now in a serious Paradigm Change! I have been following your blog for perhaps a year or more now and when hubby (a VERY serious collector) and I recently scaled down from a 1,800 sq. ft. home, with a 750 sq. ft. studio and a huge pole barn to our 1,200 sq. ft. condo I used a lot of your ideas to make the needed downsizing happen. Believe it or not that project took me most of 5 months to accomplish! Thank you for continuing with this series, I so appreciate it. And to think I use to call my blog and my living quarters The Small House Under a Big Sky Homestead!
