My Superfood Drink I Take Daily and 14 Day Reset

We are starting a 14 Day Reset, a challenge. The challenge includes movement, water, nutrition, Ningxia, and accountability! A big part of the 14 Day Reset is Ningixa. I have been drinking 2 oz a day for about 4 years now, I consider this my daily vitamin! Sharing with you all the ways Ningxia has helped me from boosting my energy levels, to bouncing back quickly when not feeling my best. 2 oz of Ningxia was a big part of my sisters 20 lb weightless journey. Why Move your Body-

For this 14 Day Reset, I am doing 12-30-3. Walk on a treadmill at an incline of 12, 3 speed, for 30 minutes (without holding sides of treadmill). Plus doing my regular weight training from Kevin’s Workout App.
I wear a weight vest while doing my incline walk. It is recommended to wear weight that is 10% of your body weight. I had a 12lb weight vest, and increased it to 16lb recently. “Wearing a weighted vest helps increase cardiovascular intensity, build strength, and improve bone density, making it a versatile addition to fitness routines.”

Why Drink Water-

Some evidence suggests that increasing water intake can promote weight loss by slightly increasing your metabolism, which can increase the number of calories you burn on a daily basis. The old adage of 8 glasses a day is no longer true. Instead, think about how much you weigh and divide that number in half. That’s how many ounces of water you should drink per day. For instance, a person who is 200 pounds, should drink 100 oz. (source).

Besides helping me manage a healthy weight, I’ve also noticed other things on this list that has been affected too! Ningxia Red is a prime example of a whole-food supplement, full of superpowers.
