Summer Dinner Party Table Setting

We recently hosted a little summer dinner birthday party for one of my best friends. I just love setting a table with a pretty table setting and personal touches. Everything for this table setting was based off of cute cat party crackers and a pretty tablecloth. Sharing all the details below!

Here is how everything came together! My daughter, Ella made the strawberry cake while I set the table. Between the pink tablecloth and the pink strawberry cake we had a pink color theme!

Table Setting Sources-

The strawberry cake was delicious and looked so cute on the bow cake stand. Looked extra fun with the assorted candles.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE a party cracker. I was given a set before Christmas and used them at Christmas, several dinner parties, including Easter. Now I don’t want a party without them. Basically two people pull the cracker at the same time and it makes a popping sound, out comes a prize (paper crown, the cake party crackers had cat pins and a joke).

A low centerpiece is nice, that way it doesn’t obstruct conversation or get in the way. I love these assorted glass jars, we used at my sister’s wedding too.

For the food I try to keep it really simple when hosting, that part stresses me out. I like make ahead things. I made spinach pasta salad ahead of time, had potatoes roasting in the oven, fruit cut up in a bowl, so all we had to do was grill the chicken about 30 min before everyone arrived.
