I thought I would start this blog post that I can update as I see any Black Friday deal and Cyber Monday! We spent the weekend in New York for the Thanksgiving Day Parade, our third year! Kevin’s mom and step-dad have come all three years with us. We are thankful for the time they give to us. The night before we always go and see the balloons getting inflated. I love love love the knitted blanket you have on here that you share on instastories all the time! Do you find it’s “easy” to live with!? I keep one of my kids (who are both toddlers) pulling at the weave. Would it pull apart easily? Hopefully that question makes sense. I hope you and your family have a wonderful thanksgiving!!
Um I think they could for sure pull it apart. But it is really wide and not tiny so it can’t be pulled too far….

Do you sleep with both the duvet and the quilt? Seems like that would be really warm so not sure if one is for looks and the other is actually used for sleeping.
We actually do! The quilt and the duvet. We kind-of keep the duvet folded down a little. But we like the weight of it.
I have been thinking about taking my children to NYC for a visit. Would you consider a post about the hotel to stay in for the parade and/or other kid-friendly options?

Hi hi! I’ve had my eye on the chandelier that’s hanging in your kitchen for what seems like FOREVER, but I can’t figure out if it puts out enough light with the single 60W bulb. Do you find that it provides enough light for your kitchen area? Thanks for your advice!
