I have a confession…I rarely cook. When my husband is home he does the cooking. I don’t mind cooking, I just don’t like to spend my time doing it. When I do cook I like to make things that don’t take longer than about 30 minutes, so I can move onto something else. My husband travels for weeks at a time in the beginning of the year. Hello! I just hung up our Christmas Countdown in our kitchen. I know it is early, but I have to get a start on it now or it won’t get done.
