New Curtain Panels in Modern Family Room- Source for Curtains

I sent my mother-in-law a text a couple weeks ago asking if she had thought about adding curtains to her large sliding door in her family room, she replied that she hadn’t but was up for it! I had ordered curtain samples for my house, for our front door, then thought how cute the same curtains would look in her house. If you have been following along, we helped my in-laws design several rooms and today I am sharing her family room and kitchen…and yes, with the addition of new curtains!

Don’t curtain panels add so much?? I told my mother-in-law it is like adding wallpaper but better because they are functional. You get texture, coziness and the ability to block the bright sun or close for privacy. Keep reading for the curtain panel and room sources.

The curtains are from Twopages in Windowpane gray beige (W61), I did a pinch pleat header with room darkening lining so the coloring stayed the same with light behind.

You can order fabric swatches to see what they look like before ordering, there are a lot of different fabric options! I knew wanted some pattern and color in her family room, so I went with the Stefana Silber Collection, the Windowpane gray beige W61.

This is a large sliding glass door, curtain panels are a great option! I did this curtain rod. We added extra brackets because the length of the window, about 12′ long and also the weight of the curtains with the lining and they are 140″ wide each panel! These rings will work to go over the brackets.

Gorgeous room, my mother-in-law did everything else, I helped her style a few things.
The walls are painted in Cloud White from Sherwin Williams.

They have our same iron doors that open up to a small backyard.

The curtains really do add to the room. Love it.
I spotted your wonderful Dining Chairs as well. I liked them so much that I got them for my dining room. Is the dining table from West Elm? Would love ot know the source. This is just a perfect layout.
