I have been testing a lot of different protein pancake recipes and adding what we like to it. I personally think waffles are easier to make than pancakes, but you could use this recipe for a protein pancake or a protein waffle. The perfect fluffy thickness, a hearty waffle with a hint of vanilla, and packed with protein. A great way to start the day. You won’t believe how easy and tasty these are!

Protein Waffles

Ingredients
1 cup Organic Regular Oats
1 cup Egg Whites
1 cup Cottage Cheese
I scoop Protein Powder (we use Vanilla)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth.
- Heat up waffle maker and pour in mix according to waffle maker instructions.
- Top with toppings and enjoy!
Notes
- To make Protein Pancakes, follow same instructions, but refrigerate overnight.
