I think every nook and cranny can and should look good! No pressure! Ha! Why not put a smile on your face every time you open a cupboard or hop in the shower?! Our bathroom shelves…or “shelfie” as I like to call them, are front and center in both our bathrooms, so I like to make sure they match the rest of our decor. Breaking down all the details of our bathroom essentials and how we make them look pretty!

This is our master bathroom…one of my favorite rooms in the house. We have a little nook that we add a shelf to right above our tub. You can easily reach everything as you shower or bath. It is actually all functional, besides a few little extra details that make me smile.

I think a plant is a must everywhere! If you can squeeze it in find a fun planter and add a plant that likes moisture. My philodendrons seem to always do good…you will even see one hanging in the girls shower (we do not move them when we shower, they get a little tiny shower too). PS- you can find my face planter here, I have face wash in it right now.

Billie Razor– we have one of these in every bathroom. I think they look cute and are awesome because you can hang them so the blade doesn’t get all messy. Plus we get a new razor head shipped to us once every three months (you can choose how frequently they ship you new heads). Anyone else use a razor blade WAY longer than they should???

Vintage Glass Jars– I love collecting these whenever I find one at a vintage shop! You can sometimes find them on Etsy. I fill the jars with Epsom Salt (unscented) then I add my own essential oils to the salts to soothe sore muscles and relax.

Bamboo Bath Tray– this was a gift, why did I not have this sooner?? PS- make sure to check the size of your tub before ordering!

Skinny Battery Operated Candles- I mean….this might be a little “extra”! But why not be extra when you can be extra:)

Soap Tray– we like using bar soap vs body wash. Body wash can seem so wasteful, when kids go through it like water! I love the black and white pattern soap dish (mine with a lid was a gift) or Gold Flower Soap Tray.

Now onto our upstairs bathroom….the girls shared bathroom.

Glass Amber Pump Bottles– these are perfect for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. You can add a little water so they pump out easier. (Find BPA-free plastic amber bottles here for the kids bathrooms). I also label the bottles with this label maker.

Wood Scrub Brush– your body scrubbier never looked so good! I also get our kitchen sink scrub brushes from the same spot!

Hope that was a fun bathroom shelfie tour! PS- you can shop our home here.
