If you are new to Nesting with Grace, we lived in an 1100 square foot home for 6 years, and loved every minute of it. We decked the halls for Christmas! No matter where you live or the size of your home, you can make it a festive place everyone wants to be! Now our home is bigger, it doesn’t feel any less festive, just more places to decorate. Today I am sharing favorite past Christmas Decor moments in our home and new Christmas Decor Finds!

This little banquette in our Connecticut home was always a favorite place to decorate. Especially fun spot to do holiday pillows. (Christmas 2019 in our cozy Small Kitchen).
Tips making ANY Garland Look GOOD!
Someone asked me where to hang garland if you don’t have a fireplace or railing, a window! This is my signature Nesting with Grace look- Garland around the window (Christmas 2019).
No fireplace? Hang garland and stockings on a railing. From Christmas 2017, love this photo of the girls and the whole look. Love that 5 years later, I still appreciate and like this room, classic timeless pieces never go out of style.
Real garland on the railing, and those lights are so pretty!!! We still have those knit stockings too. (Christmas 2017).
This was the first time I did lots of layers of garland on my fireplace and I LOVED it. Two years later, still doing a similar look. (Christmas mantel 2020)
Christmas Home Decor in a Small Space
Christmas in our small cozy bedroom. Added a simple boxwood garland and string of lights to our headboard for a festive cozy touch. (Christmas 2019).
I always add some Christmas decor to the kids bedrooms for the holidays. I really liked Finn’s room this year! (Christmas 2020).
The girls shared a bedroom in our Connecticut home, it was my favorite room in our home! (Christmas 2020).

Christmas in our new home was my favorite!!! A dream to decorate. Also got to do a 9′ tree in here, the tallest I have ever had. (Christmas 2021).
