We made salmon tacos for dinner last night, they were so tasty!! Really easy and a quick recipe. We used one of our favorite ready-made tortillas, they are Almond Flour, and I like them better than a flour or corn tortilla! Kevin makes his own taco seasoning, really easy to make and can be used on any type of meat or veggies. Sharing the recipe today! Actually, it really isn’t a recipe, more instructions….

Taco Seasoning-

You want to mix equal parts of Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Cumin, and Salt. We mix a lot so we can fill a jar and use it for awhile!

Taco Recipe-

Then we put olive oil (I keep our Olive Oil in this gold Cruet) on top of our wild caught salmon. Or use any meat or veggies of choice.

Then heavily season your salmon with your taco seasoning. Make sure to season both sides.

Then get your tortillas ready! We like Siete, Almond Flour that you heat yourself. And when I have more time, we also make these paleo tortillas that all of us love.

We cook everything in our Always Pan, love that it is non-stick and also toxic-free. I just got the new Fry Deck and was so excited to use it! It was awesome to keep our tortillas warm after cooking them. Excited to use it for things bacon and let the grease drip back into the pan! (My code NESTING10 for 10% off works on both).

While the tortillas rested on the fry deck, staying warm I heated up a little olive oil and cooked our salmon.

Took the pan right to the island to assemble our tacos. I made mine by starting with the tortilla, then cilantro dressing, salmon, avocado, cheese, chopped greens, tomatoes and salsa.

So good and so simple!!! All of our kids loved it and loved that they could assemble them how they wanted.

Looks yummy and really cute sweater!
