I can’t tell you how happy I was to come upon our H & M Home when we went to our local Sonos mall on Monday! What a fun surprise and I was a kid in a candy store. I stocked up on some really fun stuff and thought I’d link them here for anyone looking for an affordable refresh! I used a lot of the items I bought on this recent makeover. Also sharing more of my favorites from the week including a way to never lose your car keys- learn from our mistakes!!!

Favorite things from the week-
Tile Key Finder
So when we were working on our recent makeover we lost something kind-of important. The key fob to Kevins car. Last minute we switched cars as we were headed home. Kevin got in mine with all the tools and I grabbed Finn out and went to Kevins car. We made it home- brought in everything. Then Kevin went to run an errand later that night. No key to be found. We looked in all the typical spots, but with our remodel- nothing has a “typical spot”. We searched everywhere. No key to be found. We went without a 2nd car for a few days. Hoping to find the key.
Finally decided to call the Lexus dealership. They told us we had to have it towed to them, and then it would be about 3 hours in labor fees to program the new key, plus the cost of new key at $150. Kevin called a Locksmith next. And ended up going this route- had the Locksmith come and get into the car, and they programed it in less than 30 min. So we ended up having the cost of new key for $150 (which we just ordered directly from Lexus) and the Locksmith fee of $150. Ended up saving us the tow fee and the extra labor fees from Lexus.
Expensive mistake. Not going to happen again. Kevin got us both the Tile Key Finder and ordered THIS case to attach it to our keys. It has an app that you download to your phone to find the missing key!!!! Everyone needs it!!!
Shower Curtain and Toxic-Free Liner
I moved our shower curtain from our main hall bathroom to the upstairs bathroom. The one upstairs had some water stains, because we went a little bit without a shower liner (I use THIS toxic-free shower liner). I just order THIS shower curtain, it is on sale and so cute!!! I might use it on our master bathroom remodel- I need to finish a new design plan for both main floor bathrooms!
Book
I listened to The Couple Next Door (starts off like a really similar true story). It kept me hooked. Really liked it. I thought it would be “scary” I am not into thrillers that are creepy. This one isn’t. More a mystery.
Also ordered THIS plant book (I bought it for way more at a store). It looks cute sitting on your coffee table and use as a guide to keep those house plants alive!!!
Personal Gift Idea
I gave may friend this frame with a photo of her sweet dog that passed away this past week. I had taken the photo of her dog and changed the photo to a watercolor with the Waterlogue app! Super easy to do and makes for a very personal gift.
Valentine Craft and Gift-
On this blog post I shared how easy it is to make these little clay gift tags. You can do the same thing for valentines! Clay holds the smell of essential oils really well! Give this out as a gifts or attach to a gift for Valentines. (photo from Most Lovely Things)

- I linked my all-time favorite workout shoe!! The Ultraboost is awesome for everything from lifting to running!! And Kevin just surprised me with this pair (he is a show horse! Those are expensive, but I will wear them out!!) so I retired an older black pair that I had basically wore out.
- I wore this sweater this week and so many of you wanted the link! It is so cozy and versatile!! It’s been one of my go-to outfits this winter!
- Disco balls aren’t just for dance parties! They reflect and bounce the light around the room! It is so pretty!!! The disco ball I have is this one, I wish I had this smaller one.

Luckily our last two cars (Mazdas) have come with two keys! Sometimes we misplace one or the other for a day or two, bug have always found and been able to use the second key unit the first one show up – we added tiles a few months ago. Wondering – Does the Lexus come with a SINGLE key ?? Yikes!
