Walmart Top Summer Items- Fun S'mores Hack with Rice Krispie Treats

I don’t know about you, but I do most my entertaining in the warmer months, when everyone can enjoy outside and dessert is always s’mores! We did just try roasting a Rice Krispie treat over the weekend. I had seen it on Instagram, and my parents had too, so they brought them out to try, sharing more on that below. And I was looking online at Walmart for fun summer items for entertaining, plus I found the perfect chair for the lake, a parade and actually all the kids soccer games.

I love to create stations when we host. A drink station, appetizer station, dessert station, etc. Just makes it easy to host and spread the fun around the house or yard. I created a s’mores station, honestly, hosting neighbors for s’mores and a yummy drink, is much easier than hosting a big dinner and just as fun!

Back to roasting Rice Krispie Treats. They were fun and easy to do it. Taste like they came right out of the oven. Just stick a Rice Krispie Treat on your roasting stick and roast until it is roasted to your liking. I will say they do fall off the roasting stick easily if you leave on too long, so just put over fire long enough to warm them up. I am not a big fan of packaged Rice Krispie Treats, I don’t love the flavor, but my kids do and I can appreciate that you only need one item vs everything for a s’more. I will keep them in my s’mores kit as an option!

Really like this caddy, perfect to fit bamboo plates, utensils or your roasting sticks. They also fit these small cups that you can put a dry erase marker for guests to write their name and re-use the cups.
