We had friends coming over on Saturday night for dinner, swimming and pickle ball. Kevin mentioned that college football was starting that night too and knew friends would want to have the game on. We could have turned it on inside, but didn’t want to have two separate parties. Thinking how great it would be to have a TV outside, I remembered a vintage mail sorter we saw yesterday vintage shopping and knew it was the perfect solution!

Kevin went and picked up the (heavy) vintage mail sorter. It is made of metal, so it will withstand the outdoor elements! We filled it with a bunch of vintage terracotta pots (now I have a million gifts on hand!). We actually used the vintage sorter, three different ways, I think the last way is my favorite and the families!

Yes! I’m convinced outdoor projectors are really most loved by places that have earlier sunsets. Summers for northern location at end of the MST time zone means movies can’t really start till 9pm with a projector. We love taking our tv out to the backyard for evenings. It is easy to move and takes less than 10 minutes.
yes, I agree!!
They make covers for outdoor televisions to protect them against weather when they aren’t being used. I got mine on Amazon 🙂
I love the vintage mail sorter! So unique and interesting! I live fairly close to you (Midway) and enjoy vintage and consignment shopping. I wondered if you would be willing to share the local places you shop for vintage stuff? Thanks! I enjoy your blog!
