Here is the pumpkin muffin recipe that Finn was raving about after he left his friend’s house. Right after I got a text “Finn asked me to send you this pumpkin muffin recipe!” Ha! My friend who made them is a nutritionist, so I knew they would be good. I immediately made the muffins and Finn was right, they were not only healthy but delicious (recipe HERE).
