My sister brought all the supplies to make Charm Necklaces to our family vacation in Yellowstone, it was a huge hit! She left all the supplies out on a table so anyone could make when they wanted, but we all sat and made them together one night, a few were made later and charm bracelets. Hard to do the exact math since many of the items come in multiples, but comes out to about $2 a necklace!! You can get a pack of the cutest charms for about $7, and then once you have the other supplies it is all very affordable.

All the supplies would make for such a fun gift! Charm DIY Kit!

Ella’s necklace turned out so cute! (She does have this initial necklace on too). The girls put together a reel on how to make it too, if you are on instagram you can see it HERE. Below I shared all the supplies.

These are all the supplies you need below! We got this Roll of 3mm 18K Gold Paperclip Chain, it is 33 FT long, so if your necklace length is 16″ you could make about 24 of the charm necklaces! You could also look for a shorter chain. They have mixed in the mini initial charm, but those did get worn down quickly.

DIY Charm Necklace Tips-

The girls measured their 18K Gold Paperclip Chain to 16″ and cut with the Wire Cutters out of this set, I will say it takes some muscle, so if you have better wire cutters use those.

Then they used the needle nose pliers to open the jump rings so they could slide the charm on then hook around the necklace.

The girls spaced their charms on every 4th ring. Turned out soooo cute!!

Happy necklace making!! PS- we put the supplies in this organizer, I had extra from our game storage!

So cute! Thanks so much for sharing my daughter is so excited to make these!
