We asked for submissions from our local readers for a kids bedroom to makeover. We were looking for just one room to makeover but it ended up snowballing into 4 makeovers, that Kevin and I ended up giving away!! This is the last bedroom makeover. And it is a girls toddler bedroom makeover. She is a cutie little girl who is 3 years old (Finn’s age) and still in a crib. Which a 3 year old in a crib isn’t a problem, but it was the perfect excuse to give them a makeover!!! And we had the cutest bed ever that I really wanted to feature in a makeover! I partnered with Walmart and purchased some pieces from the new Drew Barrymore Flower Collection for kids! I had so much fun picking out the pieces for this little girls room.
Thank you Walmart for sponsoring this post

My email from Ashlee-
Hi Brooke!!! Such fun idea to do a makeover for a reader. It will be fun to watch whatever happens! This is my 3 year old daughter’s room. It doesn’t seem that bad when I’m in it but gosh these pictures tell another story! Lol. I have temporary shades under the black sheets to keep as much light out as possible. The dresser is from our NYC apartment living days. I only got around to hanging one picture on her walls. As you can see, everything is haphazard and thrown together as needed…even her diffuser (Finn’s diffuser, thanks to Nestingwell!) is sitting on the ground in the corner.
Thank you so much for considering us! I LOVE both of your IG’s and blog. Oils have truly changed our lives. Thank you for all you do for us readers!!xAshlee

Dying!!! I love this!!!
It is really amazing that you use your talent, time and brand partnerships to help other people! I don’t see many other influencers (if any) doing what you do. It is such a beautiful thing to witness, as are the rooms you create!
This is beautiful.
What a really, really sweet room. It is darling!!! I love the wallpaper and you have pulled everything together to take from toddler to ‘big girl’ room.
SOOOOO nice! It looks absolutely darling. Every last detail. Can I ask, when you say she can put the blackout paper behind those shades, where would you buy the blackout paper? And is it something you actually attach to those shades? I really want the look of those natural shades but my husband really wants a blackout situation in the bedroom so I’m trying to make both happen ha.
Hi! Thank you!!! So they are just like the temporary ones you can find at Home Depot or other home improvement stores. Then you just tack them inside behind the bamboo! Love it
You are unbelievably talented!!!!! #inspo
She will love that for years to come. That really is a sweet room!
Your baskets!! Where did you find both of those baskets?! Such an adorable room.
Home Goods!
How many rolls of wallpaper did you end up purchasing?
I’m sure she loves her new big girl room, its awesome! Question about the rug, is it the type that you would want to sit and play on? I noticed that’s it’s jute and some of the reviews say it pretty soft considering the material. Any opinions?
This is so wonderful! That bed is too cute!! I’m sure she is going to enjoy her new big girl room for years to come!! Thank you for gifting your time & talents to others!! What a sweet gift to all the families!!
