Stripe Wallpaper- New Addition to Bathroom

We just hung a stripe wallpaper in our bathroom and, wow! It really elevated the space. I had come across this stipe wallpaper, and was thinking I would love to install it somewhere in our home, and instantly thought of our bathroom. Our bathroom actually was the perfect set-up for wallpaper. I will show you!

We had Terracotta Wall Tile on 3/4 of the wall, and added a ledge (see how we did the ledge HERE) to lean art. Above the ledge was a great spot for wallpaper and the cream stripe pulled in the warm tones of the vanity and gold accents. We continued the stripe wallpaper all the way around the bathroom, I am all for wallpapering an entire room!

I think a stripe wallpaper is timeless. It can also go with a lot of different design styles from modern to traditional and whimsical. I am now looking at three other spots I could add a stripe wallpaper! I did add this new diamond runner, and it worked well with the wallpaper too! I got asked why not just paint stripes? Well, that would require a lot of prep work from measuring, laser level, applying tape, and painting. I think painted stripes is a great option. But I had three hours one day to wallpaper our entire bathroom and we got it done!
