Valentine’s Table Setting- Make Every Occasion Extra Special All Year Long

We love Valentine’s dinner together as a family! Sharing this year’s Valentine’s menu and table setting that you could enjoy with your family, with girlfriends for a fun Galentine’s or even just a fun get together with friends. I love the idea of making any occasion a little extra special, making those enjoying it with you feel extra special too.

For our Valentines table setting I keep a lot of the items I use to set and style the table in our cabinets. I love to buy the cutest version of things so I can use them as decor and for practical reasons too!

Plates are kept in this console. To match our theme, I switched out our Green Flight art for the Pink flight art.

This stripe red tablecloth was the perfect place to start. A perfect accent to all the red and pinks in our table setting to the new birds and hearts banner.

Don’t you think these cordless table lamps make our Valentine’s table look so cozy and inviting?! They come in several colors, I got them in blue too!

I found these adorable blue heart mugs. The colors are so fun, those were my inspiration for the table!

Plus the blue heart mugs look so cute displayed everyday in our Drink Room.

I placed these Scalloped Dinner Plates first, layered the cutest appetizer plates over top. With the blue heart mugs on top. Every plate has a thoughtfully planned out spot with a heart napkin and gold flatware on top. Above is a glass tumbler and a heart dish to fill with goodies from the Valentine’s charcuterie.

Everything I used on the table setting is displayed somewhere in our house. I love our glass tumbler’s displayed in this shelf.

The food was so yummy! I love this homemade Zuppa Toscana soup!! Rolls and an easy salad for sides, with a charcuterie board that keeps us sitting and snacking at the table. And, of course, a yummy and cute dessert.

I served it right from the table on this trivet with these pretty gold measuring cups.

I love making and eating a charcuterie board! I wanted to stick to Valentine’s colors, which was pretty easy with red fruits, white cheese and crackers and lots of cute candy. Food is from Trader Joe’s and candy is from Jolly’s Corner (code NWG for 10% off).

I put all the food on this oversized Lazy Susan (more options HERE). The whipped goat cheese and honey dip is a favorite! All you do is whip together goat cheese (I did 4.5 oz), heavy whipping cream (I like a lot! around 1/3 cup). Then drizzle honey over the top. A baguette is my favorite to dip with, especially while it’s still warm. But really any bread, cracker, or fruit and veggies is good. I added these heart bowls to break up the board and hold loose foods or dips. Little heart picks to help pick up fruit.

We went really easy on the salad. A premade salad from Trader Joes, pomegranates added for taste and red Valentine’s color. Yum yum!

For dessert, always the best for last, we ate our favorite sugar cut-out cookies! My kids love making these for Valentine’s. We just put cookies in the fridge for a few days if needed and pull them out when ready to enjoy!
