I love a yummy, healthy Fall dinner. Especially one that I can make in the morning before it gets crazy at night and everyone is starving. I typically share Paleo recipes on my blog. Because that is what we eat. Now don't get me wrong, we do not eat this way 100% of the time. But it is the goal. My kids do eat all the regular things kids eat (i.e.- Nutella!). But I eat really close to Paleo all the time. I just feel my best self. I know it is not for everyone. That is why I am sharing this EASY Paleo Fall Dinner recipe- Paleo Pumpkin Chili AND Paleo Bread! I want to show you that eating Paleo ... Read More

Fall Day Apple Picking with Gilt Clothing
We like to dedicate at least one night a week for family time. It is a night that we can play and really connect. Focus on what is important. Family. We have enjoyed going pickin' ever since we moved to Connecticut. We went blueberry picking twice in the summer, and we basically hurried through it. We have really been looking forward to apple picking in the fall. It is basically THE perfect family fall outing in my eyes. I love the crisp air, the smell of popcorn and pumpkin donuts and anticipating what we will do with all of our delicious apples. We went apple picking the other ... Read More

Fall Inspiration
My kids start school Thursday this week. Is it bad to say that I am kind of excited? I saw a picture on Facebook that went viral about the Mom cheering and doing leaps in front of her kids obligatory first day of school pictures. She was pumped. She is awesome, I get it. Don't get me wrong I love my girls so much. But it will be nice to have them learn and not feel so much pressure to make sure they read and get something out of the day! I can pass that responsibility onto someone else. I would not be good at home schooling. Anyways I digress.... Now that they have started school I have ... Read More

Fall Door Ideas
These flowers were white in the spring and now have turned this gorgeous rusty pink color. They are one of my favorite flowers we have in our yard called Autumn Sedum, how perfect is that name? The rain forced them flat on the ground, I thought I better bring them in to enjoy a little longer. They last forever after you clip them and bring them inside. I also added clippings from my boxwood shrubs. I wanted to keep them alive longer than a day. I filled a Ziploc bag with water and wrapped an elastic around it to keep it secure. Be careful ...
