Stay at Home Favorites- Cozy Home and Casual Wear (New Dresser)

My main goal for my home is creating a safe and cozy place where everyone feels loved and comfortable. Has that ever been more important than now when all of us are spending more time at home than ever? I don’t think so! 

Creating a cozy atmosphere is not just soft pillows and pretty art, it’s also creating a feeling of comfort and that starts with you and what you are wearing! I have always loved the Danish term “HYGGE” which essentially is the intangible well-being of a space and the contentment of those who live there. To me, a Hygge space is a clean home with soft, glowyy lighting, gentle uplifting smells, a fun movie on the TV, and of course comfortable clothes to lounge in! Is there anything better than the combination of those things? 

Without further delay, I have rounded up some of my Stay at Home Favorites, that have kept me happy while being home during quarantine.

White Cozy Sweater– I have this! So soft and great for spring //Workout Pants (with pockets….I have these and they are great!!) 

Bissell Hard Floor Cleaning– I just got this and am so happy I did!! So many of you have been asking me what we use for our wood floor and this is what are using now that we have more space to clean!

Sweater and Upholstery Shaver-I use this to get the pilling off of our sofa and off of my sweaters- such a good purchase

Diffuser (every room needs a diffuser- you want to get cozy in a house that smells good too!)

Spot Cleaner (clean all the upholstery and spot clean rugs with this! Now is a good time to tackle this project!)

I had been looking for a lounge wear suit that wasn’t frumpy. You know? I found THESE Jogger Pants from Walmart.com (a go-to for affordable, comfy fashion at home!) and THIS Cozy Hoodie that are so good. Even better than I imaged. They do have a comfy loose fit (I got a small, which is my normal size and I am happy with the comfort!) And they don’t stretch out and get all saggy at the end of the day! WIN!!! A Diffuser is a must have for a comfy cozy home. Make your house smell yummy without fear or worries of flames or toxic fragrance. THIS diffuser has a great shape and good reviews from Walmart. (Check out my favorite Diffusers HERE).

Anyone else loving a good show while staying at home? We just added a Frame TV to our bedroom, and it looks like art! Perfect for a cozy home. PS- I watched The Lost Husband and liked it! And as a family we all really liked Call of the Wild and Togo!
