Easiest Pumpkin Cookies- Four Ways- Gluten Free Option with Printable
You know the most shared recipe (well besides my mom’s bread) are the Three Ingredient Pumpkin Cookies I shared last year. I love seeing all of you making them and sharing on Instagram! We made them four different ways and thought I would share them in a post. My favorite and Kevins too was the Carrot Walnut Cookie. So good! And I actually don’t feel bad eating them. (We actually make them all year because my kids love them) PS- you can make them gluten-free and with sweet potato instead of pumpkin!

Smashed Sweet Potatoes- My Favorite Side Dish
SO many of you requested that I post this recipe to my blog so you can print it out or “pin” it to Pinterest for later. This side dish is honestly my favorite thing that Kevin makes.
