I have to tell you something about this series I am talking about over on my blog today. Last year this group of bloggers started a series for the Holidays. They shared parts of their homes each week in September to give ideas for Fall and again in October. I can remember thinking last year that I really wished I was included and was kind-of bummed I wasn’t. You know the feeling, kind of like not getting invited to a Birthday Party. Well this year they reached out to me to be a guest contributor. I was thrilled! But I wanted to be apart of the entire series. I knew that if I joined up with them it would push me to create more and share more ideas with you.

So I asked. I told them that I would love to be a guest but would love even more to join the entire tour and to let me know if there was an opening.

The mastermind of the tour emailed me back later and said yes, they would love to have me.

I don’t share that to brag, because well let’s face it I had to ask. I share that to remind you to ASK for what you want. Don’t be afraid of the no.

I hope you are all excited about this series too! Oh and I painted my backdoor again….
