Girls Shared Bedroom NEW Blue Waves Wallpaper
I wasn’t going to send out an email today, don’t want to send you too many! But I really want my email subscribers to see the girls room FIRST! We made some simple changes and can’t believe how different the room feels and looks. Both of my girls absolutely love it. Kevin was out of town when I finished the wallpaper and when he got home Finn took him by the hand and said “come look”. It was so cute!

Finn’s Big Boy Room and Goodnight Routine

I think we as adults make things bigger than they really are. I shared his entire room today, new dresser, toys he loves, his bedtime routine and more.

Labor Day Weekend Sales and Favorite Rugs

Kids Art and Photo Wall and Hp Sprocket Printer/Camera
My friend offered to take my kids for a couple hours to play in their backyard pool. It was really generous of her. I took advantage of the time and did mini project. Solved a pain-point for us. Where to hang the papers and photos my girls want to hang onto. And also a spot for their schedule.
I really just had a small idea of what I wanted to do and hoped it would work. Stopped at Home Depot and looked around for supplies that I could rig up a little system for their art. Sometimes that is how inspiration and ideas start. Looking and what tools you could use.
We have a mini wall behind their bedroom door and thought that would be the perfect spot. But it needed a little back-drop. Thankfully I had just enough leftover shiplap wallpaper to hang there. Like I literally had JUST enough. It was a little moment that I felt God’s love for me. I know some of you might roll your eyes and think….”really? It’s wallpaper”.
But it is more than that.
He knew it was important to me to finish this project to boost my confidence that I was doing what I was supposed to be doing in that moment. I often second guess myself and think I should just stop working and putting pressure on myself. But that moment as I doubting myself that day I had a confirmation I was doing ok.
I hope you find those moments to. Because they are there. He is aware of you. I have heard them called “God Winks” ❤️
Below is the BEFORE photo I didn’t show on my blog. See the after HERE!
