Our good friends, Sarah and Joe have a cape, but very different than ours. We have decided to remodel our home with an add-on!! Eeeek!! Very exciting stuff around here. I have to admit I was nervous about going though with it. We had a realtor come over and give her thoughts and it wasn't what we thought she would say about our home. Our home is not on the "perfect street". We have 6 guests staying with us right now! That might not seem like a lot to some. But our home is only 1100 square feet! And 4 of those 6 guests are basically adults and the two others are 8 & 6.
